When a drug test and / or alcohol test is scheduled,  it is non-refundable. Tests or services may be rescheduled or a credit will be provided for future testing or services.

 

Online registrations scheduled after 8:00pm test registration will be confirmed that following morning unless it is  Saturday and  Sunday THEN test registration will be confirmed  on the following Monday morning at 9:30am. If Immediate testing needs to be obtained contact us @ 601-526-1817.

 

In most cases test results are available within three business days, however laboratory confirmation testing may take longer.

 

DOT Consortium Membership includes certificate of compliance. 5 or more employees call for discounted pricing.

 

5 Panel DOT (Department Of Transportation) test requires a Federal chain of custody form which HHS can provide.
